Russian occupants kidnapped another citizen of Georgia. According to "Courier", the occupants arrested Gela Rostobaia while he was fishing in the village of Shamgona.
According to "Courier", the man is supposed to be taken to Gali.
Gela Rostobaia, presumably,was detained for Illegal crossing of the border.
