Mtatsminda residents , like residents of other districts of Tbilisi, are suffering from severe social and infrastructural problems. In this historic part of the city, problematic is the damaged and amortized buildings with status of cultural monuments.
According to the majoritarian candidate, "the government has failed to fulfill promises in any sphere and the time has come to change it".
