Nino Nizharadze, the owner of 9% shares of the company started a new court dispute. Nizharadze demands compensation of accumulated taxes.

Tamar Kordzaia says that the National Communications Commission made it possible that the 9% shareholder is able to appeal to the court. And if the court decides that the company has to pay 26 million , it means that the TV company will stop.

According to her, the Strasbourg Court considers such decisions as restriction of freedom of expression.
