Rally at the City Council. Pets and their owners are standing at all three entrances of the municipal building and have started picketing the building.

In case the session approves the draft regulations prepared by the Animal Monitoring Centre, the protesters plan not to let the representatives of the City Council leave the office.

After this announcement of the rally participants the police were mobilized at the City Council Building. The mobilized police are trying to arrange exit corridors at the entrance halls
The protesters demand to amend the draft regulations prepared by the Animal Monitoring Centre. The initiative group has been prepared for the changes that must be reflected in the draft regulations.
