The prosecutor"s office should be interested in the facts which the Swiss ambassador to Georgia was talking about . Such is the opinion of experts on Gunther Baechler`s statement. They say that the diplomat would not talk so openly about unverified facts.

"Young Lawyers Association" (GYLA) believe that the businessmen who talk about pressure,should address the relevant authorities for the investigation. GYLA is ready to monitor the cases.

As Gunter Behler said, foreign investors complain that they are forced to pay taxes or penalties that are not justified. They also complain that they loose court cases because of very strange circumstances and evidence.
