Bloody Portrait of Interior Minister on the office of the Samegrelo Governor. Giorgi Gakharia"s portrait was hanging from the fifth floor of the building.

The banner was removed by the police and the Supervision Service. Due to this action, civil activists were fined by 50 GEL .
