Three out of the 4 detainees charged with group violence will be formally charged today. Zurab Budahashvili was already charged in a pre-trial detention isolator late last night.

Tsotne Soselia, Besik Tamaliani, Kakhaber Kupreishvili and Zurab Budaghashvli were detained yesterday. One of them is a member of the National Movement. They are accused of participating in group violence.
The crime envisages from 6 to 9 years of imprisonment. The agency has also released video footage of the night of June 20, where they can be seen. In case of conviction, they will face imprisonment from 6 to 9 years. According to the lawyers, the detainees do not plead guilty.
