The Court of Appeal has partially satisfied the appealation of Sakdrisi Defenders and returned the case to the first instance.

Nino Mikiashvili, a journalist, said that the first court decision in connection with the Sakdrisi was wrong.

"We have exhausted all legal means to save the remnants of Sakdrisi," - said Nino Mikiashvili.
