All participants of the rally, who have been deprived of freedom without proof of individual circumstances, must be released immediately - a statement by Human Rights Watch says.

"The European Court of Human Rights explicitly points out that preliminary detention is an extreme measure of preventive measure and should be well-grounded in individual circumstances" - states the representative of an influential organization.
