Vato Tsereteli will give testimony in the presence of a magistrate judge tomorrow.

Prosecutor"s Office summoned the owner of TV Pirveli for questioning, but Tsereteli refused to go to the investigative department.
Investigators are likely to have questions with Vato Tsereteli about the case of Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze. Along with the founders of TBC, a 100 percent shareowner in TV Pirvelia was involved in the financial operation a decade ago, the investigation of which was launched by the Georgian Dream authorities a few months ago.
The opposition considers Vato Tsereteli"s summoning as pressure on independent TV companies as a means to continue cleaning the media space before the election.
