"Kibar Khalvashi has been appealing the case to the Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia since 2007, no one was prevented from taking the time to do what they are talking about now" - Paata Salia

Whether the buyer will be bona fide owner of "Rustavi 2" will be decided by the court - this is the response of the Director-General of "Rustavi 2" to Davit Dvali"s statement. The channel"s founder called on potential buyers not to buy "Rustavi 2," as the dispute over the property is still on-going. Dvali said that anyone who buys "Rustavi 2" will be a dishonest buyer.
Paata Salia notes that Kibar Khalvashi started the dispute for "Rustavi 2" in 2007. He is interested in where David Dvali, Jarji Akimidze and Ia Kitsmarishvili were at that time.
“As for the bona fide purchaser, it will be the prerogative of the court. I think that any interested person, including Akimidze, Dvali and Kitsmarishvili, will be able to make their statements in this regard and take legal steps that they think is necessary. One thing I would say is that Kibar Khalvashi has been appealing the case to the Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia since 2007, and in 2015 he appealed to the City Court. During this period no one was prevented from taking the time to do what they are talking about now,” - said Paata Salia.
