“Regarding hate speech, regulations are needed,” - Supreme Court judicial candidate

Members of the High Council of Justice are listening to another candidate for the Supreme Court, Tea Dzimistarashvili.

Tea Dzimistarashvili was asked by the council members about the use of hate speech and its legal regulation.
The Supreme Court judicial candidate says that hate speech is used by political parties during the pre-election campaign, so she said the issue needs to be resolved.

"Before every election, we see such violent facts, accidents, hate speech from political unions, political parties, and there is a need to regulate, even though violence is punishable by criminal law, it is already about regulation, ”- Tea Dzimistarashvili said.
