Nika Gvaramia"s Case - The Court of Appeal declared the appeal inadmissible

An appeal of Nika Gvaramia"s lawyer on his case was not accepted by the Court of Appeals. Accordingly, the first instance verdict remains in force, according to which Nika Gvaramia was sentenced to 40,000 GEL bail and is not allowed to leave the country.

Nika Gvaramia"s lawyer has appealed the bail, which was rejected by the Court of Appeals. The court statement states that the statutory time-limit for appeal was breached, making the complaint inadmissible.
