The Prosecutor’s Office in relation to annulling by the Interpol Red Notice, International Search warrant against Zurab. Adeishvili has released another statement explaining the reasons of the annulation.
According to the Prosecutor’s Officey, on February 18 the General Secretariat has developed and issued new instructions for member states with regard to the processing of data of persons having the refugee status. In the light of new circumstances, the Interpol General Secretariat concluded that Zurab Adeishvili was granted refugee status on 8 February 2013 and it was confirmed by the state granting the status.

Granting the refugee status in this particular case s was not caused by political reasons. Taking this into account, the General Secretariat of Interpol has canceled an international search of Zurab Adeishvili.
