Georgian Patriarchate says that the statement of the Patriarch`ssecretary was wrongly interpreted. The Patriarchate clarifies that the statement of Michael Botkoveli on the Assyrian Christians was ncorrectly reported by media.

Patriarchate said that they have been interested in these problem for several years already and have often raised the issue at international meetings.
