National Bank of Georgia sets new GEL rate

According to a new exchange rate set by the National Bank of Georgia on October 16, the official value of USD 1 has not changed and remains at GEL 2.9701.

As for the Euro, the GEL depreciated. According to official figures, 1 Euro costs 3.2725 GEL, while the current rate is 3.2778 GEL. The change compared to the Euro amounted to GEL 0.0053.
