Taxi "Shmaxi" appeared in Kutaisi. At this point, there is only one car in the city.

According to Dato Jishkariani, a supporter of the “Girchi’s” Kutaisi organization, this is a warning to the Kutaisi City Hall not to introduce regulations like the Tbilisi City Hall.

They hope that more “Shmaxi” drivers will appear in Kutaisi.
