According to Tina Bokuchava, secretary of the faction "National Movement", it is impossible for Dimitri Khundadze to go against Bidzina Ivanishvili independently.
As for postponing the vote, in Bokuchava"s opinion, at the last moment Bidzina Ivanishvili was frightened and therefore postponed the vote.
"One thing Bidzina Ivanishvili understands is that moving to a proportional system means a change of government", - said Bokuchava.
