Emzar Kvitsiani"s nephew detained over Tbilisi Sea murder

Law enforcers have reportedly detained Emzar Kvitsiani"s nephew Beka Kvitsiani over the murder committed at the Tbilisi Sea.

The body of a 36-year-old Nodar Tskhadadze was found at the Tbilisi Sea 2 days ago. He had sustained gunshot wounds. The deceased turned out to be a relative of Emzar Kvitsiani"s nephew. Emzar Kvitsiani himself told journalists that his nephew had vanished, and the family was looking for him.

The investigation is in progress under the article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, as well as in Article 236, paragraphs 3 and 4.
The crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
