The United States Department of State calls on parties to restraint regarding the protests in Tbilisi. The representative of US State Department shared his position with the Voice of America.

“We are watching closely the protests in Tbilisi. The United States supports freedom of speech, association and assembly. We call on the Government officials and demonstrators to exercise restraint and prevent any escalation or violent acts”, - reads the statement by US State Department.
