The plenary sitting has been resumed in the Parliament. According to the Chairman Archil Talakvadze, the voting will start in a few minutes.

The Parliament will vote on 19 candidates for the Supreme Court. The issue of termination of Nika Melia’s mandate will also be put to the vote.

The plenary session at Parliament broke off when a member of the opposition entered the sitting hall and poured an unclear substance with a “very unpleasant smell”.
