According to the decision of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the host state, comments were made in the working language of GUAM. Prime Minister’s spokesperson, Irakli Chikovani, explained why Giorgi Gakharia spoke Russia on the press-conference in Kiev.

“I think there should be a limit to adequacy to the media in general and to some political forces. It was the decision of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, of the host state, and the comments were made in the working language of GUAM”, - said Chikovani.
