EU Ambassador Carl Hartzell is meeting with Parliament Speaker Archil Talakvadze.

The topic of the meeting is Election Code.

The electoral system will also be the main topic of tomorrow’s fourth round of talks between the opposition and the government, mediated by the diplomatic corps.
