A road accident occurred on the Rustavi - Lilo highway. A car and a trailer collided, resulting in the death of 2 people.

According to the MIA, the investigation is launched under Article 276, part 8 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which violates traffic safety or operation rules, resulting in the death of two or more people.

The crime is punishable by imprisonment for the term of 6 to 10 years, with deprivation of the right to hold office or work for the term of up to 3 years.
