According to Kakha Kaladze, the statement of the US State Department indicates that Georgia has great support from a strategic partner.

The Mayor of Tbilisi explains that the statement showed that the State Department appreciated the steps taken by the Government in terms of democracy.

“The main thing in this statement was that they appreciated the reform that was implemented in the judiciary. They appreciate the steps we have taken in terms of democracy, which I think is very important. It ones again confirms that Georgia enjoys a great support from the international partners. They give a real assessment to the recent developments in the country”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
