Lasha Chkhartishvili is not going to pay bail and plans to appeal the court’s decision

Lasha Chkhartishvili, one of the leaders of the Labor Party, intends to appeal the court’s ruling in the upper court.

He said he was arrested illegally and did not intend to pay a fine - GEL 3 000.

Police arrested Chkhartishvili in front of the Parliament on January 3. The investigation accuses him of petty hooliganism and disobedience to law enforcement.
