Opposition members of the City Council criticize the city government. They say that David Narmania should bear responsibility for current situation in Tbilisi.  The reason of criticism is  28 million GEL, which couldnt"t be spent from the budget.

The opposition members say that Tbilisi has many problems including destroyed streets,   while the municipality is unable to perform the budget expenditure.

" 6 million GEL has been removed from the social projects and they can"t use the funds from  the budget,"- said Sevdia Ugrekhelidze, member of United National Movement (UNM).

United Democrats also criticize the city government. They believe that Municipality of Tbilisi can not take care on problems.

The ruling party denies accusations. Members of Georgian Dream state the budget expenditure was 98percent fulfilled.
