Several constructions have been suspended for violating the rules of operation. Such a statement made today the adviser of the Prime Minister.
Irakli Chikovani talked about the necessity of ensuring safety at the enterprises that continue to operate and noted that all enterprises that have been granted the right to continue to operate under the state of emergency will be strictly controlled.
”All enterprises that have been granted the right to continue to operate under the state of emergency will be strictly controlled to ensure that they are adhering to all the regulations and special standards and protocols that have been established by the Ministry of Healthcare. Several dozen enterprises have been inspected and inspections are being carried out simultaneously by several government agencies. Similar control is taking place at construction sites. More than 100 different construction sites were inspected and representatives of local municipalities are also involved in this process. There were cases where regulations were fully adhered to but there were also cases where safety measures were not ensured. It was decided to halt the aforementioned constructions until they are in full compliance of all safety protocols”, - concluded Irakli Chikovani.
