Some economic experts speak about government"s excessive expectations from the EBRD annual meeting. They say the real results will be seen only after a certain period of time and the scope of the exchange rate will not be stabilized by signed agreements only. According to experts, in oreder to attract investments it is important that Georgia has the image a stable country.
"Georgia is going nowhere, if this attitude is not changed, no visits and global events can not help us," - said the co-chair of the "Institute of European values,"Khatuna Lagazidze.
According to the director of the NGO "Association of Georgian reforms" , the conference aimed at becoming acquainted with Georgia , but he added , it should find reflection in particular investments and projects, which would be great, though, he does not expect to have it at this point.
"I do not think that painful problems which the country is facing,can be addressed by holding conferences" - explained Sergi Kapanadze.
