The state of emergency has become a farce. Such a statement made today Giga Bokeria in the “Dgis Kurieri”.

According to one of the leaders of the European Georgia party, if the state of emergency extends, it must be continued in a complex way, and absurd restrictions should be removed.

Bokeria added that it is unclear to what extent the restrictions are imposed. However, the member of the Parliament said that the rational restrictions that are necessary for human health should be into effect.

“We have seen absurd cases. For example, the couple has been fined for sitting next to each other and the “Clean House” has closed. Yesterday we saw the restrictions were ignored at Palm Sunday.

It can’t go on like this. If the state of emergency continues, it must be continued in a complex way with these steps, and the absurd restrictions should be removed”, - concluded MP from the European Georgia.
