The Government of Lietuva to help Georgia and three other Eastern Partnership countries purchase medical supplies

Lithuania Government will help Georgia and three other Eastern Partnership countries purchase medical supplies. According to the Foreign Minister of Lithuania, 100 000 Euros will be allocated for Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia and Moldova to purchase medicines produced by the companies of their country as humanitarian aid.

 

“Lithuania continues standing by its Eastern Partners: Lithuanian Government decided to allocate 100K euros for acquiring medical supplies, made by Lithuanian companies, as a humanitarian assistance for Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine aimed at combating COVID19”, - tweeted Linas Linkevicius.


The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia responded to his Lithuanian counterpart on Twitter and thanked him for his solidarity.
