The City Council of Tbilisi discusses the issue of relocating the LIlo Dump. The Majority says that dump should be relocated from Lilo to other territory. The minority says that the fulfillment of initiative will be too expensive for the city budget.  The members of " United Democrats " and UNM say the first step  should be  preservation of the dump and analyzing  the situation.
