Youth Olympic Festival may be opened without a new sports palace

More than a month remains before the start of the Youth Olympic Games in Tbilisi, today it is known that some of the buildings for the Olympics may not be completed on time.

One of tsuch buildings is a new sports palace. There is no doubt that the building can not be built in time, so the old Sports Palace may be used instead of a new one.

A new sports palace was supposed to host handball competitions. Due to this fact the Georgian side has already received a note from the European Handball Federation.
The Sports Ministry did not comment on the issue.

Youth Olympic Games will be held for two weeks in late July in Tbilisi.
