Beginning from today, Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will provide relevant services to citizens on the regular basis and make those services available to customers, which have been suspended as a preventive measure against the spread of COVID-19.

It is notable that practical exams for driver licenses will be resumed. Individuals who have already passed the theoretical test are given the opportunity to undergo practical exams.

Herewith, citizens will also be able to change old versions of the state number plates into new ones.

At this stage, Service Agency does not provide the following services:

-theoretical exam for driver license and queue booking;

- Procedures connected with firearm registration;

As for the references of the criminal record, the legal status of a person or a transport, references on crossing the state border and firearm legal status-applications can be filled online through the official web-site of the agency.

Registration and customs procedures for vehicles are carried out in a usual manner, on the daily basis.
