Police detained R.I. (DoB 1994) in Batumi for premeditated, attempted murder.

Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that in late hours, detainee inflicted multiple injuries with a cold steel to his former brother-in-law –M.V. (DoB 1994) in Batumi. The wounded person was transferred to the hospital. At this moment his condition of health is serious. Police managed to solve the mentioned crime as a result of immediate activities.

The weapon of crime- knife was seized as evidence by the law enforcers.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated, attempted murder, article 19-108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
