Georgia will help Armenia with medical personnel. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of the country.
“This is a global crisis, a global challenge, both epidemiologically and economically, and no country can handle it alone. That is why we have to support each other.
The situation in our neighboring countries is quite tense. I am personally in daily contact with the Prime Minister of Armenia and so are the Minister of Health and the Minister of Economy. We already identified what kind of assistance they need. Mutual support is extremely important. The Ministry of Health has already been given a task to prepare the assistance that Georgia can provide to Armenia. Namely, it will be a medical assistance, as such a request has been made by our neighbor”, - said Giorgi Gakharia.
