“During the final session of the Constitutional Commission, we once again discussed the issues that arose during the public discussion. I want to confirm that our people support the changes agreed between the parties on March 8. At today’s sitting, we were given the opportunity to move on to the next stage and to start discussing these changes in the Parliament.

We will have a majority session before the session of the Legal Committee, where we will go through this issue again, but everything is already clear. 92 members of the Parliament support the draft constitutional amendments for sure. Therefore, we will pay more attention to the amendments to be made to the Electoral Code, because we have to start working on the Electoral Code next week”, - concluded Mdinaradze.
