The member of European Parliament Viola von Kramon says that the adoption of the constitutional amendment by the Georgian Parliament was crucial and regretted the fact that not all parties took part in the voting.

“I congratulate Georgia on this achievement. Unfortunately, not all parties took part in the voting. You can achieve democratic maturity by how much you give to the opposition. I think the recent events have been quite significant. I think the opposition’s action was a shame when they did not participate in the voting”, - said Viola von Kramon.
