The Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia, while commenting on the assessments of the Republican Congressman Mullin, said that Georgia is controlled by the Parliament, Government and relevant institutions and this has been appreciated by the Western partners.

“Georgia is controlled by the Parliament of Georgia, the Government and relevant institutions. This is the truth that is also appreciated by our international partners, who unanimously point out the steps that have been taken in the process of democratization of the country. Especially in the last 2 weeks”, - said Giorgi Gakharia.

The comment come a day after U.S. Congressman Markwayne Mullin stated that “Bidzina Ivanishvili is an informal ruler of Georgia and an ally of Vladimir Putin”. Mullin’s article was published yesterday.
