Georgia receives congratulations on Independence Day. The President of Azerbaijan- Ilham Aliyev congratulated the President of Georgia on the national  holiday and highlighted the historical ties between the two countries ,bilateral cooperation on regional issues and strategic partnership. Ilham Aliyev wishes Georgia peace, progress and prosperity.  President of Belarus also congratulates Giorgi Margvelashvili on Independence Day.  Alexander Lukashenko expressed hope that the friendship and trust between the two countries will create an opportunity to  expand cooperation .   The Prime Minister has already received congratulations from his Greece and Estonian counterparts.
