Independence Day reception attended by current and former Prime Ministers

Georgia"s Independence Day reception was held at the end of the day on Mtatsminda.

Irakli Garibashvili delivered a speech, once again congratulated the public on Independence Day and spoke about the importance of May 26. In his speech, the Prime Minister drew attention to the Riga summit.

"This day has dramatically changed the future of our country. Today our country is an independent and sovereign state. Georgia is on the road of democratic development. In this process, we have a lot of difficulties, but we consistently follow the path set by us. We will be able to live in a strong state together with our Abkhaz and Ossetian brothers, "- said the Prime Minister.

The reception was attended by the former Prime Minister, Prime Minister`s Cabinet members, legislators and the diplomatic corps.
