Zelimkhan Kangoshvili"s health condition is critical but stabile. An attack took place on Sunday morning.

Zelimkhan Khangoshvi is a participant of the Chechen war and his name is linked to the Lapankuri Operation.  His family members say that the attack may be linked to his past. They state that Lapankuri operation is not a cause of attack.

The experts also discuss various versions. Mamuka Areshidze, a director of  CaucasianCenter for Strategic Studies speaks about the version , that the attack could not be carried out by Russian security service. As Areshidze underlines " The result of attack shows that the attack was carried out by  non-professional ."

"It is difficult not to see the Russian footprint. Everyone , who was connected with this fact, would be a subject of Russian Special Service"s interest. So it will be difficult for me to say that the attack is not connected to Lapankuri Case,"- said Soso Tsiskarishvili.
