The President to announce the date of the 2020 parliamentary elections

The date of the 2020 parliamentary elections will be officially announced today. The statement will be made by the President of the country Salome Zourabichvili.

According to the constitution, elections are held on the last weekend of October. The last Saturday is October 31st.

As for the pre-election agitation, the campaign is officially entering the active phase from today.
