Uruzmag Jagaev, the so-called general prosecutor of occupied Tskhinvali region, says that he is ready to resign if the so-called “deputies” who lead the protest rallies and about whom the so-called “prosecutor’s office” has various materials, will refuse the so-called parliamentary immunity and will be brought before the “court”.
“MPs, for whom there is every reason to be held accountable, and politicians who are interested in the outcome of specific criminal cases, are using the death of Inal Jabiev for personal goals”, - said Jagaev.
He named criminal cases that may be initiated against the so-called deputies: Alexander Pliev, Jambulat Medoev, David Sanakoev and the brother of the leader of the party Nykhas, Alan Gagloev.
