Construction quality of archive building opened in Rustavi 2 months ago raises questions. Though more than 2 million from the state budget were spent on construction, the drawbacks of the Building are easily detected.

Internet-TV "Fresh News" also got interested in this building which subordinated to the Ministry of Justice. According to documents, the permission for construction was obtained by the "Alliance" Ltd.. One of the main conditions of the tender for the construction was the usage of the Dutch building materials. "Alliance" used not Dutch but Indian materials.

Nobody held the company responsible for he low quality. Moreover, the City Hall signed one more 8-million contract with Ltd. "Alliance".

Tbilisi municipal office explained the city government"s decision by the trustworthness of the company.
