More than 36 million GEL needed to fund State Security Service

Several different Ministries will discuss the issue of funding the State Security Service today.

The Committee on Budget and Finance will discuss the issue later this day.

Zviad Okropiridze, the head of the legal Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs states that from August 1 till the end of the year nearly 36 743 000 GEL will be needed for financing the State Security Service.

" The Ministry of Finance will be responsible for changes in the budget law, till then the Ministry of Internal Affairs will finance the Service"- Zviad Okropiridze said.
