Protest rally demanding the decriminalization of marijuana in Tbilisi- the organizers and supporters are gathering at the State chancellery in these minutes.

The protesters are demanding to change the law.

"Do not arrest t!" - With the slogan the rally participants demand to abolish imprisonment for marijuana usage.

This is the third rally with this demand at the Government this year.
