The persons who have had tight contact with the infected people, should be placed in self-isolation without testing. Such a statement made today the Head of National Center for Diseases Control and Public Health.

“Those, who have no possibility of self-isolation, will be transferred to the quarantine spaces. The majority of the newly-revealed cases are persons with symptoms of the infection and those who had contact with the already confirmed cases”, - said Amiran Gamkrelidze.

Totally there are 7 093 cases of coronavirus in Georgia.
