The officers of Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained previously convicted in past and currently on probation – N.M. (DoB 1991) for illegal purchase-keeping and carrying of firearm and assault on policeman

Committed crime envisages from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that detainee assaulted the Patrol Police officer on Moscow Avenue, Tbilisi.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of assault on policeman and illegal purchase-keeping and carrying of firearm, article 353, I part and article 236, III and IV parts of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
