17 new cases of coronavirus were detected in Samegrelo. 9 of them are linked to Zugdidi, 7 of which are from the so-called “Gold exchange” cluster.

One patient is from fever center, one is the contact of an infected person in Baghdadi.

Also, the 3 nurses of the Poti COVID Clinic tested positive for coronavirus.

As for the other five cases, they are residents of occupied Abkhazia and were in the quarantine area and medical facilities in Zugdidi.
